Nothing here is given away. Hosting is a real bill and maintenance is real work, so no page on this site promises a price it cannot guarantee — and no page invents one either.
Nonprofits may apply
An application path exists. It is not a discount to zero: an applicant still carries hosting and maintenance. Applying and being exempt are different things and are not collapsed here.
Everyone else purchases

No figure has been set
No price exists for the fee, the application or a purchase, and none is implied here — not "modest", not "at cost", not a range. A figure will be quoted when there is one to quote.
What replaces a claim about money is a claim about architecture. Those stay true whatever happens to a budget: this studio holds no account for you, sets no cookie, sends nothing to any third party, and — when you run it on your own machine — reaches no network at all. Those are properties of the build, and the checks page lets you test them rather than take them.
Ownership
BB2G Sovereign Studio is the work of Kristen Hall and is owned by Born Between 2 Generals LLC. It is self-funded and is not a work product of America's Future. The material in SOVEREIGN_AI_IMPORT/ is hers; the studio catalogues it and does not acquire any interest in it.
What this is not
It is not legal advice, not an election certification, and not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific law. Nothing in the staging folder is binding authority, and the authority page says so on its face rather than leaving a reader to assume otherwise.
